Social Adult Day Services

 

Designed to provide socialization and supervision to adults with at least one functional impairment that require some assistance. These services improve the quality of life of both the client and the caregivers. Sadie’s Place NY is unique. We blend the Social Model of care with the Holistic Nursing philosophy. The first services available in our community that offer flexible and extended hours of operation.

Our socialization includes:

Music, dance, art, cognitive challenges, exercise, mindfulness, and other forms of social engagement in a safe and compassionate atmosphere.

Flexible and extended hours, affordable rates, socialization, in-home companion care, transportation, and care management services bring much needed respite and peace of mind that all loving caregivers and families deserve.
